Nashville-based residential real estate brokerage, Parks Real Estate (formerly Parks Realty) is expanding its presence in the Middle Tennessee market through the rebranding of three office locations, previously operated under its partner brand, Village Real Estate. The change increases Parks’ total to more than 1,400 REALTORS® across five counties, a 30% increase, solidifying its position as the largest independent real estate company in Middle Tennessee with more than $6 billion in annual sales volume.
